Terms & Conditions


Guests assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release Vitalize Tours & Travel, LLC and Lisa Beck and the employees or anyone involved in supplying any services in the lead up to and during the length of the proposed travel for the following.


Vitalize Tours & Travel, LLC and Lisa Beck shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the accommodation, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, political issues, terrorism, Acts of God, delays, pandemics, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems leading up to or during a retreat or tour.


It is the traveller’s responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks, this is compulsory.


If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason, there will be no refunds issued by Vitalize Tours & Travel, LLC and Lisa Beck except as stated herein.


If participants choose to leave the group to venture out on their own, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from being on their own. 


We require that foreigners traveling abroad do so with a valid Passport expiring more than six months following the departure date. Individual travelers are responsible for ensuring they arrange visas to countries being visited as required. 


Vitalize Tours & Travel, LLC and Lisa Beck are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.


Please note that Vitalize Tours & Travel, LLC cannot be held responsible if people contract Covid 19.


Cancellation by Vitalize Tours & Travel, LLC


If by some unforeseen events or happenings Vitalize Tours & Travel, LLC cancels the tour, we will refund you all deposits and payments. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving refunds from the tour operators and hotels we work with. To cover these risks we require that you purchase travel insurance (the best way to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances like weather, natural disaster, lost baggage, medical expenses, etc).


Cancellations by Guests


If for some reason the guest needs to cancel: 


  • Guest will receive 100% credit towards an upcoming tour (within 2 years) if you cancel 90 days or more prior to the start of our trip
  • Guest will receive 50% credit towards an upcoming tour if you cancel 31-90 days prior to the start of our trip
  • Guest will receive 0% credit towards an upcoming tour if you cancel 0-30 days prior to the start of our trip


If for some reason you decide to leave during the retreat/tour, no refunds or credit will be offered for any reason at all.
